Newly constructed three-story house with black siding, multiple windows, and a concrete foundation, situated among trees and next to other homes.

SIding/frame repair project

This project involved repairing structural damage and updating the exterior with new siding. The original framing had suffered from rot and deterioration, causing the roof to sag. Using specialized framing techniques, we carefully reframed the roof and surrounding walls to restore stability. Once the structure was reinforced, we installed durable, weather-resistant siding to enhance both protection and appeal.

Throughout the process, we ensured that every window was properly weather sealed, preventing future moisture issues.
